Hey! My name is jay, I am a certified personal trainer/coach! I am a long beach local born and raised! My passion for fitness came from a young age when I decided to change my life for the better. I used to be overweight and dealt with depression from it. I started working out playing football and eventually started to feel better about myself and started to look better too! I realized how much a difference your life is when you look and feel good that I wanted others to also experience that as well! I have been a trainer for over 5 years and have experience working with a plethora of different clients! My goal for every client is to make lifelong changes that they’re able to maintain for the rest of their lives!

Emile Jarreau is a certified fitness professional, with a background in performance nutrition. He is a former candidate of the US Navy Seal Teams, with over 32 years of experience in fitness training and coaching. In addition he specializes in post rehab, injury prevention, weight loss, strength and conditioning.
