Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, this facility offers a private one on one experience to better focus on your goals.

She is certified and Nationally Accredited by the International Sports Sciences Association. Malaya’s love and passion for fitness started  four years ago. She struggled with self confidence and weight management like so many, which motivated her drive to use fitness as an outlet. While doing so she found herself discovering a passion.

Malaya began to focus on strength training, weight trim and muscle development. Falling in love with fitness, she set her bar even higher with a new goal and soon to be one of her greatest accomplishments.

She solely entered herself into the NPC Excalibur Body Building show in December 2022 located in San Diego, CA.

Since age 11 he has learned the ins and outs of fitness which made him into a multi sport athlete. Using his experience as a collegiate athlete coupled with his education has allowed him to use his vast knowledge to train anyone.Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment.
