Since earning her NASM certification in 2013, with a focus on women’s fitness, Dana has been dedicated to helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Combining her knowledge from PN Nutrition and the NESTA Physique & Fitness Training Specialist program, Dana creates customized training plans that emphasize correctional, functional, and physique training. She specializes in creating programs that celebrate the hourglass body shape for her female clients.
