I have over 10+ years experience in personal training, Starting off as a high school wrestling coach for strength and conditioning, After that I began to work with large groups hosting 20-40 people boot camps, After finalizing my year with Long Beach unified school distract I continued hosting bootcamps as well as introducing 1 on 1 in person training as well as opening the realm of online coaching training at least 15 people in the east coast per year. I have worked for Golds gym as well as a few private training facilities over the years, I have also previously owned a private training facility dedicated to ensuring the family dynamic was a tone set for the gym because that welcome feeling is what creates a positive space of comfort.

I have been certified under Ace fitness, Some of my specialties are  standard weight loss, corrective form, body building, boxing,  as well as pre natal post natal training, the reason I decided to get involved with pre natal and post natal was my experience as being a father being able to maintain health and fitness while still being able to balance parenthood, I have been able to help new moms or expecting moms continue to train safely while under my supervision, I have made it a goal in life to enable fitness being a lifestyle change of not a “I Have to” mind set but more so as “I want to” instilling that this is a change because you as the person wants to and not because you are told to do so.
