Personal Trainer – Fitness wasn’t always part of my life. I started training martial arts in the middle of the pandemic and becoming a fighter had a big impact in my lifestyle. After my first Muay Thai competition, I found my passion not only for fitness, but for helping people become their best versions of themselves as my coaches did for me. My goal as a personal trainer is to help individuals feel good about themselves for the inside out. I have 3+ years of experience in the fitness industry as well as fighting experience in martial arts.

Transforming the lives of everyone from athletes to blue collar workers. Lance specializes in creating custom workouts and loves by the mantra “ You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!”Lance has a unique point of view which can be attributed to his many years spent on campus at ASU weight room. Since age 11 he has learned the ins and outs of fitness which made him into a multi sport athlete. Using his experience as a collegiate athlete coupled with his education has allowed him to use his vast knowledge to train anyone.Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. Lance passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. His method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, your fitness goals.
