Since age 11 he has learned the ins and outs of fitness which made him into a multi sport athlete. Using his experience as a collegiate athlete coupled with his education has allowed him to use his vast knowledge to train anyone.Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. Lance passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
